Ingredients

Steps
  1. In a large bowl, mash one of the avocados with the lime juice until mostly smooth.

  2. Add the diced chicken, red onion, cucumber, cherry tomatoes, cilantro, and the second diced avocado.

  3. Gently stir everything together, being careful not to mash the avocado pieces too much.

  4. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

  5. (Optional) Sprinkle with crumbled feta cheese before serving.
