Steps
  1. Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper on both sides.

  2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the chicken and cook for about 5-6 minutes per side, until golden brown and cooked through.

  3. Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.

  4. In the same skillet, add the minced garlic and sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant.

  5. Pour in the chicken broth, lemon juice, and lemon zest, scraping up any browned bits from the bottom of the pan.
